PAUL CORNELL AWARD NOMINATION FORM

HYDE PARK HISTORICAL SOCIETY

The Hyde Park Historical Society is seeking nominations for 2013 Paul Cornell Awards, named after Hyde Park’s Founder.  These distinguished awards recognize individuals and organizations whose work exemplifies the values, objectives, and heritage of the Society.  This included education, preserving Hyde Park’s artifacts and documents, and recording and promoting public interest in Hyde Park history.  The awards will be granted at the Society’s annual dinner on February 23, 2013, at the Quadrangle Club.

We request that confidentiality be maintained; please do not inform candidates they are being considered.  Winners will be notified by December 1, 2012.

Nominations must be received by October 15, 2012
